Leaking Toilet Causes Water Damage In Atlanta Home

The cause of the water damage pictured was from a toilet bowl leaking while the resident family was on vacation. As soon as the family arrived back from vacation and noticed the water damage, the quick call our SERVPRO. Fortunately, the homeowner had our number saved in their contacts because they had used our SERVPRO for a basement flood a few years back. When our professionals arrived on the scene, we noticed that the majority of the materials were not salvageable. We spoke with the homeowner’s insurance adjuster and confirmed that it would be best to remove all the damaged contents. In the after image, you can see that we installed new flooring that the homeowners picked out.
