An Example of What Commercial Fire Damage Can Do to A Bathroom

In the above, before and after image, you can see what happens when a commercial apartment building had a kitchen fire in one of their units. The fire damage caused severe soot damage to the Atlanta apartment. The damage was so severe out our professionals were not able to clean the soot. When we realized that the soot could not be whipped off using our soot cleaning solution, we contacted the properties insurance company. Fortunately, after explaining to the insurance agent that the damage was too severe, the insurance company gave our team the go-ahead to replace the bathrooms shower and tub.
