Storm Damage – Atlanta Home

Storm damage struck this Atlanta home when rainwater from a driving thunderstorm penetrated the wood-framed structure. There was significant water damage to the floors, walls and vanity cabinets in the bathroom. SERVPRO of West Atlanta / Downtown would assess the damages and coordinate a plan for restoration with the insurance company and the property owner. Once a plan was agreed upon by all our technicians would tear out and dispose of any building elements too damaged to restore. They would then clean up the water followed by a drying phase. During the drying phase commercial air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers would be employed.
